Prasanth Ravipati is originally from Huntsville, Alabama. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Nebraska in Omaha, Nebraska and stayed on for an additional year as chief resident. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and tennis and loves to travel with his family and his fiancée. His favorite trips include visits to Patagonia, Italy, India, and China. His academic interests include hypertension and resident education.

Mohammed Alhajji graduated from Dow Medical School, Karachi University in 2001 and practiced medicine in his hometown at Hasa Saudi Arabia King Fahad Hospital until 2009. He began further training in Internal Medicine at Franklin Square Medical Center, University of Baltimore, then worked as a hospitalist at St. Bernard's Medical Center in Arkansas, where he covered general medicine and ICU. Motivation to focus on renal diseases and hypertension led him to the Nephrology fellowship at the University of Minnesota.

Maryyam Ali is a mom of two kids, a dog and a bunny. Her interests include music, books, and food. She has an energetic and lively personality and a very loud laugh. Her interests are electrolytes and acid base management, critical care nephrology, renal replacement therapies and hypertension management. She is also very passionate about academic medicine and curriculum development.

Abrar Khan is originally from Montreal, Canada. He completed his residency training at Rochester Regional Health System in upstate New York and joined the fellowship team at the University of Minnesota in fall of 2017. When he is not playing hide-and-seek with his toddler son, you can find him going for a run in one of the many beautiful parks and trails in Minnesota, or on the pitch playing in one of the competitive soccer leagues in the Twin Cities. His clinical and academic interests are living donor kidney transplantation and improving access for post-transplant care in rural communities.

Dan Murphy is a native Minnesotan who came back to Minnesota for residency and then fellowship after medical school in California. He enjoys time at the lake as all Minnesotans do, learned long ago to enjoy the winter until about February, and enjoys the many restaurants and breweries of the Twin Cities. He's always on the lookout for a new, fun spot to check out in the cities. His academic interests are the epidemiology and public health relevance of CKD and AKI.
