Part of celebrating 40 years of heart transplant involves celebrating the generosity and legacy of organ donors and their families who make transplant possible. During our celebration, we will be acknowledging this legacy. If you have an established relationship with your donor family, you are welcome to invite them to join you for this special celebration.
