Interventional Cardiology Fellowship Program

submenu

The missions of the University of Minnesota Interventional Cardiology Program are to train physicians in interventional cardiology, and to improve patient outcomes through innovation. Currently, the program trains physicians at three hospitals: one tertiary/quaternary university medical center, one university-affiliated suburban hospital with a well-established cardiology program, and one VA medical center emphasizing approaches to complex atherosclerosis. By combining these entitites, we hope to achieve the three goals of training: scholarship, innovation, and clinical experience.
