Summary

Dr Patrick Nachman is director of the Division of Renal Diseases and Hypertension. He completed his fellowship in nephrology at the University of North Carolina, where was deputy director of the UNC Kidney Center. His research focused on Antineutrophil Cytoplasmic Autoantibody (ANCA) vasculitis. His translational clinical research has been in glomerular diseases and systemic vasculitis. He is particularly interested in fostering clinical research and drug development for kidney diseases in general and glomerular diseases in particular.
