Summary

Dr. Bramante's clinical and research interest’s center around obesity treatment and prevention for children and adults. She researches ways to assist daily behavior change at home, as well as other weight management interventions. In addition to focusing on lifestyle changes, Dr. Bramante prescribes all of the weight loss medications to help patients achieve their healthy weight goals. Obesity and weight loss are very complicated, and medications are often indicated to address the dysregulated pathways in the brain and digestive system that lead to excess weight, so that lifestyle changes will be effective.
