Summary

Dr. Rao's core clinical and research interests are genitourinary oncology (including prostate, testicular, kidney, bladder, adrenal, and rare tumors) and experimental therapeutics (phase 0, 1, and 2 clinical trials). He played a key role in establishing the Phase I clinical trials at the University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center before moving to University of Minnesota. He has been also been an author on a phase II and a randomized phase III clinical trial, and several retrospective studies.
