Summary

Levi has worked as an inpatient clinical dietitian at hospitals within the Bon Secours system in Richmond, VA and most recently at Mayo Clinic - Rochester. He recently completed his PhD in Nutrition at the University of Minnesota under the advisorship of Dr. Carrie Earthman. His research efforts are aimed at the optimization of patient care and outcomes through enhancement of clinical nutrition care. His current research is primarily focused on the nutritional assessment and care of individuals with inflammatory bowel disease.
