If I do not receive this form from you, I will assume that you have no requests. I will try to fairly accommodate your special requests (vacations, holidays, meetings, graduations, etc.) on a first come, first served basis.
Please find below information regarding the total number of firm attending weeks that were assigned to faculty members during the current academic year. I will use this information as a proxy for assigning attending weeks for the next six months until I receive updated information from Dr. Miller following your compact meetings with him this spring.
